Mobility Anchor will not stay up

I have been setting up our new wireless environment... employee access and Guest access and folling the "deployment guide for Cisco Guest Access". I am using version 4.26 of the controller code and the Mobility achor control and data paths will come up and stay up for several hours but then they go down. We have all the appropriate ports open in the FW between our inside controller and our DMZ controller. Is there a bug in the 4.26 code? Any ideas would be appreciated.

The local EAP server is not available if there is a global external RADIUS server configuration in the WLC. All authentication requests are forwarded to the global external RADIUS until it is available. If the WLC looses connectivity to the external RADIUS server, then the local EAP server becomes active.
