Mobility Express Bundle AIR-APx702x-x-WLC and AP combinations

Hello, experts!

Does any Mobility Express Bundle (any of AIR-APx702x-x-WLC) support mixed access points combination?

Scenario. I bought AIR-AP1702i-x-WLC. I want to buy some additional CAP2700e and CAP3700i series access points. Will the "out-of-the-bundle" WLC2504  support that additional access points?

That QA document did not provide clear answer.

No, each bundle must have the same model AP.

Why don't not get TWO (2) bundles so you'll wind up with two WLC?

Two bundles... two controllers... How to roam between controllers? Then I have to acquire WCS as a inter-controller roaming solution. I'm right?

WCS for inter-controller roaming?  Uh ... NO.

Make sure both controllers have been set up with the same Mobility Group.

Thanks a lot, LEO.

I don't see why it won't support mixed access points.  yes, the bundles include certain APs but the controller is still a 2504.  therefore, it will support any other AP that it is compatible with, regardless of what bundle was initially purchased.

Is any opportunity to check this ambiguity?

Yes it will work. The dependency is with the code you run on the controller and the number of available license. Since the bundle has UX AP's, you are on v8.x and you also have 25 AP license.  So you are good to go.

Here is the compatibility matrix also:
