Mobility express GUI interface crashing on 1832i- how to recover

I have been testing mobility express 8.3.102.0 on a 1832i access point.  The web management gui keeps crashing.  I can recover by factory reset for a time.  I have tried it on different aps with the same result.  Is there a way to restart tomcat kind of command?  The unit is still operating as a WLC and cli from the console works.  Mobility express documents are sorely lacking.

The problem has been solved by upgrading firmware to 8.3.111.0 and resetting to defaults.  If I tried to reset  then import the old configs, the web page would crash.  I recreated everything manually vs importing the config and things seem to be pretty stable.

The web interface GUI gets disabled when config network mgmt-via-wireless disabled is active.  Perhaps this is expected but not documented anywhere I found.  The ssh console remains active either way.  Running 8.3.112.0 code.
