Can I configure a mobility groups between 2106 Wireless LAN Controller and 5500 Wireless LAN Controllers?

Yes you can. Remember that the 2106 can't be an anchor though.

Pat,
Do you plan on anchoring a controller in the DMZ? If you are you should consider putting the anchor in a different mob group to limit the amount and unneeded mobility mesaages getting sent to the DMZ.
