Seamless roaming is not possible with non-cisco wlc's.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. Look at the basics first: Site A and Site B. What is the distance between the two Sites?

The distance between Site A site B is only 550 meter .
it is connected with a fiber cable. we can say site B is an extension of site A .but it is managed by differnt group of people .
Thanks

Regarding the open space between Site A and Site B, is there WiFi coverage?

So this answers the question of "seamless roaming". Since there is a coverage gap between Site A and Site B, how is a wireless client expected to retain wireless connectivity when there is no wireless coverage?
Therefore, the answer to the question is a "no".
