MR36 AP- Error message

I have placed 2 AP at site which is bounded to the template. It is working fine but sometimes its dropped from the internet.

error message: Connection to the Cisco Meraki Cloud is using the backup Cloud connection.

when I click on Firewall configuration page, it shows me default rules of Meraki which I have configured already but still showing same error

Only one ap has this message or both?

Both of them, there is second site as well have 2 APs so total 4 APs

Do you have a firewall somewhere that allowed the meraki ip + port 7351?

If possible check that fw logging what happens to the session

@jdb1 yes I have allowed any-any to all destination IP for port 7351, and nothing captured in logs regarding this.
