Hello Team, I hope all is well.

I need to add the MR78 to my Network. I cannot do it on the dashboard: https://n508.meraki.com/ezaiello_wireles/n/5J2Clcewb/manage/usage/list and on my list of devices, I have MX68 & MR44 https://devices.cisco.com/setup/network/wifi-config

I must set up the MR78 and leave it downstairs as the signal is too weak.

You should go the the inventory, claim the order /serial.

Then the device should be seen in the inventory, then you can add that device to the network

Again, I do not see the inventory. I opened a case at Cisco and they told me to reach out to you. Any chance we can do a WebEx to check this?

@ezaiello the @jdb1 and I are not Meraki employee. You can read the documentation and follow the steps.

If you are not able to se the inventory, probably you are not organization admin.

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
