Hello, in CMX, I can configure the User Retention Period for my user to have to re-authenticate, how can I delete the visitor from the database manually ?

In earlier version, I was able to get into the oracle database and delete it, oracle is not there anymore ...

I think in terms of getting the user re-authenticate, it depends on the webauth timer or if you delete the user entry from WLC monitor client.

But on how to delete the visitor entry from the database manually, I'm interested to know also as I've been looking for options on doing so.

I have CMX 8.0 with visitor connect and I want to delete the visitor from database manually. Do you know how to do it on CMX 8.0?

I know this is very old post but i found this in CMX 10.3:

Connect & Engage > Settings > Debugging tools

There you'll find a form called "Delete user tool", enter User's MAC Address to delete his entry
