Dear all,
one of my customer is facing a problem regarding to context aware feature
they have WLC running 7.4.110.0 version, MSE running 7.3.101.0 version, and PI 1.3
the problem is PI don't show any associated or authenticated wireless client on maps
when mse accessed with cli, it show no active element on context aware services,
and more than 2000 wireless client that cannot be tracked due to limiting
they have cas license for 1000 elements
i've adding mse to ssc auth on wlc with no luck

It should be fine. Just know that the code you want to run on the WLC is deferred. They really should look into the vMSE and running v7.4.130.0. PI 2.2 is also the path for Prime.

You need to upgrade your MSE. The MSE should be on the same version as the controller or a higher version. Here is a compatibility matrix you should keep handy. This will tell you what code version on the controller, what MSE version and also Prime Version.

Hi Scott,
thanks for your suggestion and sorry for late response,
unfortunately their mse is 3310 physical appliance which is supported up to 7.3 101.0 only,
but at first deployment it runs well, with mse 7.3.101.0 and wlc 7.4.110.0 for a couple of months then the problem just appears

planned to downgrade the wlc to 7.3.101.0,
so it will be
WLC 7.3.101.0
MSE 7.3.101.0
PI 1.3
regarding to mse license, is it ok if PI 1.3 still used on this environment with CAS license?
shown below that all of the version above is in the same column
