MSE user password recovery/resetting

We have a 3355 MSE appliance, and we do not have the admin password for the web.  I have tried just about anything (even re-running the startup wizard and redoing the password for Admin, which for some reason wouldn't take. We are at our wits end as this is effecting some crucial reports (we are in a hospital).  Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.

do you have added the MSE to Cisco Prime Infrastructure?

As I recall, you can open the web interface from there without entering credentials? (in fact using CPI credentials)
