Hey Guys-
Pertaining to the Prime NCS (1.2.1.12) Appliance, I notice that there are 3 interfaces located on the actual appliance (MGMT, 01, & 02). However, when I am in the IOS, and issue a show interfaces, I do not see anything pertaining a 3rd interface.
The output displays: gi0, gi1, lo1, sit0, and usb0
I am not aware of what is referencing MGMT, 01, or 02 - does anyone know?
When I try to go and configure interface gi2 or gi3, I get back config interface 'no configuration' failed for GigabitEthernet X
So this is making me think that there is no way to utilize all 3 ports. Does anyone have any information pertaining to this?
In addition, what ports are recommended to use and for what? I am not seeing anything in the configuration guide. I was thinking to use the MGMT for management and then the other 2 interfaces (if possible) for data/communication on the network.
Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

It is not and its probably how Cisco designed it.

Only one is used and that is Ethernet 1.
•IMM 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port: For use in a future release.
•Ethernet connectors: Use Ethernet 1 to connect the Cisco Prime Infrastructure appliance to a network.

Thanks Scott. Is this not configurable due to the IOS not being able to utilize the interface?
