I am having problems logging into the Prime NCS(Network Control Systems). Ive tried to console into it but I cannot. How can I set the NCS to factory default.

You can recover the password by rebooting from a DVD (or from VMware-attached iso image in the case of a VM). The boot menu will give you the option to recover the administrator password.
