Need Bundle of sample pages for web portal authentication for lab

I try learn CCNA-Wireless, I have air-lap 1142 and vWLC for LAB

I need sample pages for web portal authentication, I know i can download from https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284464214/type/282791507/release/1.0.2

But i can't because i have only guest-account

anyone here can give it to me?
