Need change the password That the user receive in her movile

We have changed the password for WPA Preshared Key in the wireless control system for all the wireless controllers, but the users  yet get the old credentials in her movile. I need know like changed the credentiales that the user receive in the movile for connected to the wireless connection.

I assume you mean mobile. Depending on the supplicant you can do a push. Or have the user manually make the change.

This will depend on the supplicant but what I normally do when this happens is to forget the network and configure it again manyally. This will erase the old credentials stored on the mobile and makes you ask for them again.
