Need help in configuring Cisco

I purchased a Cisco wireless device last week. I am struggling to configure this device. It is connected to the router but some systems are not connected to the internet. I am not a networking Engineer. Can you please share some resources blog posts or videos to help me in solving this problem? It is showing an Error transforming the image to express mobility

It will depend to some extent on what version of software the AP is running and what mode the AP is in currently.  To be honest I don't think this product is well suited to somebody without some basic networking and Cisco knowledge.  Even worse the 1815W has a non-standard console port so you need a special Cisco adapter to connect a console cable.  Guides:
