Hi...
I hope you can help me with this questions...
1) what could be the difference between have a network with bridges (root) and access point (repeaters), and have a network only with access point (one root and a few repeaters) ?
2) How many access point can be conected as repeaters over one root.
thank´s

I was wondering the same thing. What is the advantage of going with a bridge instead of an access point?

Bridges are used to connect 2 or more wired LANs. Access Points are used to provide radio coverage for clients. When you configure an Access Point as repeater data will not flow between the wireless and ethernet interfaces. An Access Point configured as a repeater will receive data via the wireless interface and repeat it to clients on the same interface. On a bridge configured as a repeater data will flow between the wireless and ethernet interfaces.
