New EWC Deployment Woes - 1815W LAN Ports

Hello,

I recently deployed an EWC running on two 9130 APs. I am trying to add a Cisco 1815W AP for the deployment. I was able to get everything up and running, but the LAN interfaces do not appear to be working.

They are 'enabled' in the AP config:

I created an RLAN Profile:

I've tried enabling/disabling Central Switching in the RLAN policy:

The RLAN Policy is mapped to the Policy Tag that is applied to the AP:

The ports just show as down:

The VLAN is tagged/trunked on the port.

Link lights are active, but the traffic doesn't appear to be going anywhere. I only see one mac address on the other side of the switch port.

What am I doing wrong?

What logs are you seeing on the AP itself when the EWC tries to provision it?

Also - what version of IOS-XE are you using?  If not the latest then try that - there have been a lot of enhancements and fixes.

Some enhancements for RLAN were only introduced in 17.2.1 although the basic feature should work from 16.10.1.

Note that central switching is not a valid/supported config on EWC - only flexconnect local switching.
