- New “Channel View” provides statistics summary per channel, aggregated at controller, AP Group and Flex Group levels.
- Support for multi-band radios (2800/3800)
- Application user interface and statistics processing are oriented now per band, and not per slot
- Channel width support for "best" setting added in 8.2
- Support for VLAN override settings per Flex Group
- Internal optimizations on tracking AP lists, radio state
- Displays IPv4/IPv6 management address on WLC summary
- RF Health is used as quality metric in Neighbour table instead of RF Index
