I am using AP C9130AXI-B with C9800, I need to configure the AP as client mode
But I can not able to find that in the liste "AP Mode" inside c9800 web.
Any idea ?

Client mode? There is no client mode, just local and flexconnect as an example. If you want clients to connect to the access point, then you either configure the ap as local mode or flexconnect mode, depending on your design.

That is MESH. Search, "Cisco 9800 MESH configuration". That should provide you with what you want to do and how to get it working.

Maybe in the older ap's, but not what you have.

That client mode is something I've seen in some SoHo devices such as TP-Link where they can connect to another SSID and use it like a "backhaul. So No, there is no such feature in Cisco portfolio, nor any other Enterprise grade AP from other vendors as far as I know.
