No data in CMX dasboard

Hi Folks,

 

We have a setup the following solution for CMX

- APs ( private network) at remote location connecting to WLC ( publicly available) throught NAT

- WLC, Prime and MSE in a DMZ publicly available

- APs and WLAN are configured for flexconnect local switching / authentication.

 

We have wireless clients at the remote location connecting successfully to WLAN( and internet). However we are missing any sort of new updated data on CMX dashbord since the APs have been moved to the new remote location. Does it mean that the APs are not updating the controller? How could it be as the APs have successfully joined the controller?

Any hints on how i could troubleshoot this issue?
