Confirming, you are looking under Monitor -> Local Profiling to see what the SSID is discovering? Or are you trying to change device assignments/behaviour based off local policies?

Please post a 'show wlan x' where x is number of WLAN you're using. Also post config or screenshots of the local policies if you are using them and what you are trying to achieve.

Cheers,
Ric

Download the latest OUI file available. Go to WLC GUI>  Commands > Download File.  From the File Type drop-down list, choose OUI Update. Download the OUI file into the WLC , save and reboot the device. After reboot you can see the device type in the local policies.

thanks, After the upload the OUI . I'm able to find the device type. Now the client MAc address not showing with client type as android or Apple etc .. It showing only as MAC Address. How to resolve this issue

You did reboot the WLC?
Also, if you're going to reboot anyway, upgrade to 8.5.140.0 (unless you use AP702).
