We just installed a WLAN in a warehouse environment. 22 APs, coverage is good and client performance is solid. Auto RF and auto power are enabled. HAd to adjust the interference level so APs could complete an interference profile. I, however are not able to see any rx neighbors on any APs and we are running 4.1.171.0.
Any ideas?

Hi Corey,
Any chance these are WiSM AP's? The reason I ask is that there is a known bug -- CSCsj02891 that would apply to your problem, and is fixed in 4.1.185.0.

No WISM, just LWAPP 4404 controller. I upgraded yesterday and it solved the problem. Thank you for responding.

Glad to hear your upgrade resolved it. I'm still pretty sure this is the bug you hit, so glad you got off of that version.

I'm experiencing the same problem but with some differences :
- I'm already in 4.1.185 version in wich the bug should be corrected.
- It happens only for some of our 1130 ap (some maps in WCS), even if they are in the same room.
Wich version do you upgrade to to correct the problem ?
Could it be a configuration problem on the map ? because some same ap on same controller but on other map have rx neighbor working perfectly
Thanks for your answer
