OfficeExtend Access Point 600 series

I reset OfficeExtend AP 602i to factory default.  Now when I connect it to the network it does not pull an IP Address via DHCP.   I need the IP address in order to reach it to finish configurations........   Insight / Suggestions?

 1) Check DHCP server logs, if not yet done 2) Check the boot process through the console of the AP (fully) ; watch for any abnormal behavior during the boot-cycle.
