Only have Internet access. Can't access domain resources

Eric Kemsley

Level 1

2504 contrller with 1042N ap's. NPS and group policy (for computers) is setup. Certificates are setup.

Logging on as a domain user I can connect to the wireless network but am only getting Internet access. I can not access any domain resources.

DHCP is handled by a domain controller. I can ping servers and printers, but cannot access them. Can't map a drive, add a printer or access services on the network.

Any ideas?

TIA,

Eric

Make sure you don't ahve any ACL's configured on the WLC or on the network thatmight be restricting http traffic.  Also, make sure that the dns the clients get is a valid one.  Try to connect a laptop to the same vlan as the wireless users and see if that device works fine.

Thanks,

Scott
