Hello Team
i am trying to setup a wifi network for a client base of like 500 people for my business. the aim is to have a premium wifi network where clients will have a graceful period like for an hour to have access to the internet for free. and after if they wish to continue using the wifi services they will have to buy a voucher (30mins, 1hour, 2hour etc ) after buying the voucher they will now use the voucher code to Relogging and use the wifi services based on the duration purchased.
i intend using a cisco catalyst 9166 wifi 6E AP and a catalyst 9800 WLC, so my question is what additional device do i need to achieve this, can i get this done with a cisco ISE? please i really needed suggestions on how to deploy this
thanks

I dont believe you can achieve this with ISE or, at least, you will need to work with API and some sort of third part solution on the backend. But, you can do this with Meraki, for example.

You will need a 3rd party captive portal provider
some suggestions are:

https://www.ironwifi.com/captive-portal
Alternatively you probably could use ISE but would require some development work to build out the portal and the policy required to do it
