Hello everyone,
I'm currently experiencing a concern about 3 laptops that only connect to a specific antenna in a cluster of 4 APs.
In an office is an AP571, and 3 of the laptops in that office only want to be attached to that AP.
As soon as I get away from it, PCs lose connection, even if I'm under another AP in the cluster. As soon as I get closer to the AP in question, the PCs reconnect immediately.
Rebooted cluster, rebooted APs, Windows Update Laptops and Dell, DHCP ok (managed by local server), AP updated in 1.1.0.3 and 1.1.0.5
I even reformatted 2 of the laptops, reinstalled Windows 10, and so on, only hang up to this AP.
It's like there's a "Reservation" in the cluster, like this PC only connects to this AP.
Any help would be welcome because I opened several tickets at Cisco to be recalled, and I never had a return.
