Please see the diagram.

WLC ---------- Switch --------- PC

                                |

                              AP

WLC C9800, PC and AP are connected to the Switch via vlan10(10.0.10.10/24). Dhcp pool is configured at the Switch with two scopes 10.0.10.0/24 and 10.0.20.0/24. The PC can get ip address from the dhcp pool no matter the PC is connected to the Switch via cable or wifi.

PC also get ip address from the dhcp pool when the PC is plugged into the port of Switch vlan 20(10.0.20.10/24), but the PC cannot get ip address when the PC is connected to the Switch through vlan 20 associated SSID. At the Switch, by command show ip dhcp binding, I can see the PC already get ip address from the scope 10.0.20.0/24(vlan20 subnet), but the PC cannot show ip address via command ipconfig. Did I miss some configuring step? Thank you

 - As far as 'Pure Wifi'  (ssid with wlan connected to vlan20) is concerned , make sure the wifi-mac address from the PC is seen by the intended dhcp server(service) for requesting  an ip address , some debugging and log collection may help :

Thank you very much for your reply. I can see the PC mac address when using command show arp at the switch after the PC connect to the Switch via wifi. and I also try to use Troubleshooting tool of the wlc, but the data Export button has never been found after end of Packet Capture. The Packet capture is stuck there if i do not end the process. Please see the screenshot:

at WLC, the PC also can be seen. Not sure if its State is normal. Thanks

Is the switchport where the WLC is attached to a trunk port and carrying VLAN20?
