Hello,
I install around fifty wifi hotspot on your network ( CISCO APIU 1832I).
I configured the switch port like this :
description hotspot XXXX
switport access vlan XX ( WIFI management)
switchport mode access
srr-queue bandwidth share 1 30 35 5
priority queue out
mls qos trust
auto qos trust
spanning tree portfast
In fact I just changed the vlan and it's work. We have 4 differents SSID. ANd, it's work.
The rest of the conf is by default, same than others access ports.
The qos, here, is used for something? And the spanning tree, should i leave it active?

I find these statements conflicting , the general idea is that if you are using particular or specific port settings that you then also understand their meaning and what they are used for. You can look that up with google searches , for instance.

Hi,
How the AP's are controlled? Do you have a physical WLC, Virtual WLC, Mobility express etc?
If yes, please provide the version of the code you are running.
Also if you have WLC managing the AP's we need to know what mode AP's are in? (Flex or local)?

By a physical WLC. AIR-CT3504-K9
Software Version : 8.5.140.0
It's in local Mode

Hi You can refer the below post for more information;
What does the the command --" mls qos trust cos" mean? - Cisco Community
This confg output I believe is from an 2960, 3750, 3560. The newer IOS-XE switches doesn't support this model of QOS and rather uses class and policy maps to define qos.
