Port redundancy on WLC 4400

I am having problems with configuring the port redundancy on the WLC 4400.

Have configured 4 ap-manager interfaces all of them are in a single subnet.

They have been configured with a primary & backup ports but this configuration dose not work the way it should.

If port 1 fails all the AP on this port do not failover on to the backup port. If any of the other orts 2,3,4 fail then the the APs on the respective port join ports of randon choice not the one configured as backup ports

Has any one worked with this?

Hi Prasanna,

a prerequisite for the failover/redundancy working would be to upgrade to 3.2.116.21, see bug CSCsc98586
