The power adapter does not work for my AP. So I require a  new Power adapter for CISCO Wireless Access Point (Cisco AIR-AP-1242G-A-K9). Does the SMB Support (SMBS) cover the replacement for the adapter?
Or Can anybody tell me the correct part code so i can order it from the distis.
The details listed in the Power adapter (1242G-A-K9)  is noted below-
Model no: ADP-16PB
Input Voltage- 110-240 V AC
Amp- 13.5
Output Voltage- 48 V DC
Amp- 0.3
Scisco pin- 34-1977-03
Thanks.

As per ordering guide:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps5678/ps6521/product_data_sheet0900aecd8031c968.html

If you have SMB i think they do process RMA depends on your contracts... and if TAC processes EITHER air-pwr-A or air-pwr-b is the same and most like you will be the B one since TAC does not longer processRMAs with with the part name air-pwr-a
