Power levels and Data rates Doubts

I have for AP1121 and two AP1231 (with external 12dB antennas). I have 7920 wireless phones (B radio) and also nokia phone (G-radio) can i have ofdm/cck with different powers ? Must all Aps have equal ofdm/ccmk powers ? Must limit power client be equal for OFDM/CCK? And regarding data rates what could be best combination?

All these answers can only be supplied via a proper site survey. Different facilities have different layouts and building materals.. An open environment will have drastically different power settings than say a multi-story office building. This doesnt take into account the antenna choices you make.
