Prime 3.2.0 Monitor > Monitoring Tools > Clients and Users / more/ voice metrics

We have a huge number of ascom i62 phones and I want to see the voice metrics for a particular phone. Following the user guide instructions - Choose Monitor > Monitoring Tools > Clients and Users.
Step 2 Select a client.
Step 3 From the More drop-down list, choose Voice Metrics

 

No data is returned just a blank screen? Anyone know why this would be, and how to correct it?
