Prime Infraestructure 3.5 - Switch Path Trace mode.

Hello,

We are using Prime Infraestructure 3.5.

In the inventory we have a Switch (Cisco Catalyst 2960-24PC-S), that shown  "Switch Port Trace" in the inventory status.

Anyone knows whats it mean?

"Collection Status: Device is added in Switch Path Trace mode. Inventory would not be collected for the device."

How can I change that?

When you imported/added those Switches to the PI, you had selected the special (license free) mode Switch Path Trace. That is needed for rogue detection on the wireless (not sure if it also works for wired only). To change the mode, make sure you have enough licenses, then delete those switches and add them again and make sure to NOT select Switch Port Trace as the License Level.
