Prime Infrastructure Failback error

While trying to do the Prime failback to primary, it is showing error "While starting prime infrastructure server in standby state, healthmonitor not able to start the NMS server".

In #ncs status it is showing some services are not running. already tried '#ncs stop' and '#ncs start'. the result is same.  also restart the device. any solution for restart the services.

You'll have to ask TAC if you want to fix the problem.  Otherwise the question to ask yourself is whether you want them in HA at all.

We had so many problems caused by HA that Cisco suggested we run them as standalone without HA and we've done that for all our instances now.  Also simplifies upgrades.  That will depend on how mission-critical PI is for you.  For us it is not mission critical so if one of them fails then it's a rebuild and restore job.
