Hello,
Since this morning, we cannot access to our NCS login page despite no change has been made on the vm. I tried to restart it but this did not correct the problem. here are the two commands I tried:
ncs reload
ncs start
You will find below the output in the attached files. Moreover, the system asks me to have a look on a launchout.log file but I cannot find it in the NCS directories (crash, defaultRepo, lost+found, tftp....).
Do you know some commands I can type to help me fix that issue?

exactly, Jacob was incorrectly marked as giving a solution. What was the fix?

I will add this. My experience is that once this happens it will most likely happen again.
If you are not running the latest 1.3 build I would suggest you upgrade.
