Hi All,
Its been noticed the PrimeInfra is not showing the correct clients information from WLC when doing a live thsoot. Has anyone noticed this issue before and is there any fix for it ?

Try to sync up Prime and WLC and perform audit just to make sure. It is also a good idea stop/start Prime services sometimes.
But if this is a bug, only through a TAC you can address this.

I'm planning to check the polling confi. However from Cisco PI document it says "If you receive a message that the client does not seem to be connected to any access point, you must reconnect the client and click Refresh."

I am afraid that it is not that easy. More than once I´ve been connected in some access point and later on tried to find myself on Prime and there was no record.
Unfortunately Prime has lots of problem.
