I'm having a problem with the WLC AIR-CT3504-K9, where the client gets an IP address but no internet access. The client can get internet access when the AP is restarted, how do you handle it so that the client connects to the Internet without the AP being restarted. please help.. The OS used now is on WLC Version 8.5.151.0

Try to upgrade to another version. I had a similar issue in this version times ago and it was a bug on the firmware version. On the Cisco site, the recommended is 8.10.162.0
