Problem connecting PTC 960SL to AP350

I have problems trying to connect a Telxon PTC 960SL that is working fine with the Access Point AP4800, but now I can´t connect to the Access Point 350.

I had the same problem with telxon 960 LE. To access to teh AP 350 you need:
- to use chanel 10-11-12 or 13
_ to enable: "ensure compatibility with 2Mb/sec clients"
Maybe it will work for the 960 SL.

You can use any channel you would like, I'd select 1, 6, or 11. you would need to enable the compatibility with the 2/mb sec clients, on the express setup page. Also you would need to set the preamble to long, the default is short on the 350.
That is on the: AP Radio: Internal --> Advanced setting. then it is the very bottom option.

Thank´s for the information, I already changed these values but I still have the problem trying to connect the PTC 960SL...
Would you have another suggestion ?
