Hi,
Just did a radio scan of a building with 18 APs. It all went well but one AP was removed from the scan due to the following error.
ERROR: Measurement Request NAK received - removing interface 00-40-96-a1-0d-7c from AP Radio Scan participation
I've not had any luck finding and explanation for this error....where can I look it up?
....thx....J

What type of radio interface this AP have?. Make sure that you select the correct radio type in the PHY screen of the scan and the intf is not down.

It's a 'b' radio like all the others in the building and it's interface is up. Again....is there somewhere I can look these types of error messages for myself?....thx

Is your WDS properly linked to your WLSE. It should say : "Setting up registry keys" in the wireless services/wds in Wireless Network Manager Information.
I had the same problem also the WNM info then said authenticated. This is a confusing state. I then thought it was Ok....but it was not...
Good luck
