I have successfully setup my AIR-AP1141N-A-K9 with WPA secutiy open authentication but the fasted that our wireless devices connect is 54mbps. Can someone shed any light as to why this might be happening?

Thanks

Hi Jeff,

What did you mean by "WPA secutiy open authentication"? To get N speed, you need to configure layer 2 security as either open authentication or WPA2/AES. Check this doc to optimize N performance:

Thanks for the quick response I am sure that is probably the issue. However, I get forbidden file or error when I click on your link.

Jeff

double checked and the link works for me. You may have to login.

Problem resolved. Thanks.

How did you get access to the page in the link? I am having the same Forbidden File or Page msg. I am trying to find some documentation for WPA2 setup/configuration on the AP1141N..

You won't get full "N" speed because the AP has only 802.11b radio.
