PROBLEM: It no authenticate properly the admin user when config Sign-on with AD

Hello Team,

When i try to config Acces control with Active Directory i already reach the server with mi MR but when i try to test the connection using my admin account, the test doesnt recognize the credentials

i tried with another admin account and its the same result

Someone kwon the reason why this happen?

But it's failed just in one of the access point.

Did you add the access point IP on the Radius Client?

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Have you tried a non admin account?

Some features in AD (like "Protected Users") can block admin accounts from being used.
