We are using NCS 1.2 to monitor and manage our WLCs. We are also using different Virtual Domains per region.
On our network we are using Campus WLCs that anchor their traffic to Anchor WLCs behind a DMZ.
When we add a Campus WLC to NCS and try to monitor a client device, we can get information about this device but not the IP address.
When we add the Anchor WLCs to NCS (under the same or different Virtual Domain than the Campus WLCs), we only get information from the Campus WLC (now IP info included).
The client device is using both the Campus and the Anchor WLCs. Shouldn't we get two entries on the NCS about this client, one from the campus and one from the anchor?
Could somebody please explain how does this feature work on the NCS?
Do we only get one entry for each client on the NCS using information from both WLCs?
