Problem with Cisco CMX

Hello, I have problems to see the analytics of a CMX version 10.2.3.34, the CMX is correctly associated with snmp with the WLC and the maps are loaded from the Cisco Prime, in the Cisco CMX I can obtain data in real time but I can not see the history of analysts, have some idea that may be happening.

Did you check all services running on your CMX properly

via CLI you can check it using "cmxctl status" command.

 

I would restart services & see if that helps "cmxctl restart"

Hi Rasika,

I did the instructions you told me but the problem continues, I still can not see the analytics history, install the most current version of cmx on 10.3.62 and in this case it does not show me any data in real time and in the Analytics history, communication with the WLC and Cisco Primes is the right one or maybe it could be a VMware update issue since it is mounted on this platform, I am waiting for your comments.

Did you check your CMX linceses to ensure it is activated.
