Problem with Smartphone connecting AP

In this scenario, I am working with VLAN 50. I have configured the DHCP pool for the Neurologie network on the DHCP server, as well as the corresponding interface and WLAN on the WLC. Both the PC and the access point (AP) in VLAN 50 successfully obtained IP addresses via DHCP. However, the smartphone and tablet connected to the same VLAN are not receiving an IP address and are instead using APIPA. I have already configured the SSID and PSK key on both devices.

What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

The wlan is flexconnect or local mode?

If local mode, you need to configure one interface on vlan 50 and configure DHCP server one the interface

As Flavio says depends how you have it configured.
If it's Flexconnect mode with local switching then make sure the AP switch port is trunk with a required vlans enabled and on all the intermediate switches and trunks.
It it's Local mode with central switching then make sure you have the VLAN interface configured on the WLC and WLC trunk port has the vlan configured.  If you're routing from there to the server then you need DHCP server configured on the interface to relay to the server.

I'm fairly sure we advised on one of your previous posts that it's best practice to keep AP management and client data in separate vlans so the AP should not be getting an IP in the client vlan ideally (but won't stop it working).
