Problems with mobility Express

good day everybody
my ap 1832i does not send an ssid. I have installed mobility express Version 8.10.162.0.
 I can't add a 2732i either. It is shown to me in the AP list, but when I try to update with mobility express, the image does not transfer. I chose the right image. i use a tftp server. this only shows me in the log that the verion.info is being retrieved, not the c3700 image, which it would have to load.
after a while the ap disappears from the display during the update and only a reset of the 1832i makes it reappear.
In 1832 the ip has 192.168. 178.224
tftp server has the ip 192.168. 178.199
the path is AIR-AP1830-K9-ME-8-10-162-0 and the 2732i has the ip 192.168. 178.203

  This ap-model / name is unclear/unknown to me, which ap-model are you talking about ?

oh sorry , i mean the 2702 ap . . this ap joind the controller my mistace was the in the file pathr for the file

so it`s run.

but i can not  activate the 1832i as an , so i use  only the controller funktion of the ap  not the radio transmission.

i found my mistake,  before i`v installed mobility express i don´t upgrade the ap.

how it is posibilble to ubgrade the ap  without installing  mobility express new?
