Proximity error

Good afternoon! There is a problem connecting Cisco Proximity to VKS terminals. When Cisco Proximity starts, the program starts searching for the terminal but the connection does not occur, although the terminal is nearby, another device is connected practically. Immediately, the problem is observed on the HP Folio 1040G2 and Dell 5480.

I'll be surprised if you get any reply here as this is an application you're asking about - not Wireless - Mobility. The fact that the application runs over WiFi is incidental. I think you'll have more luck in Collaboration, Voice and Video.
