hi
Most of the AP have configured as FLEXCONNECT MODE. I was wondering if there is QOS I can apply so that when traffic is high, the AP still can connect to the WLC..
Thanks

Yes, you want to make sure the AP port is mls qos trust cos, same on the WLC port(s). But for this to work properly, you need to be tagging the mgmt interface on the WLC.
Then you prioritize the traffic using UDP 5246

If mgmt frame are the one most important, I would say "mls qos trust dscp" at FlexConnect AP connected switchport is required. In this way all all managment frames coming from FlexConnect (untagged frames) will go as CS6 & get priority within your rest of the network. Makesure this value preserved till it reach the WLC in your network.
If you trust CoS, then all management frames will be marked as DSCP=0 (as no vlan tag or CoS for management frames).
Refer this post about QoS in H-REAP (or FlexConnect)
