Solution: Disable "Set Temp=E:\Temp" in Autoexec.bat. also "Set Tmp=E:\Temp". Why these setup files don't use the temp path given is a mystery to me. Must be hardcoded to use the generic Windows\Temp file. Pretty unprofessional for a company the size of Cisco.........
