You can have a radius server on the same subnet as a dynamic interface, ie a vlan interface. you can not, however, have a radius server on the same subnet as the service port, or the virtual interface. The service port should be a nonrouted subnet on the network, and should not overlap any other supernets you are using, in other words the service port only uses the classful mask.
