Reboot Loop AP 2800 serise WITH EXPRESS MOBILITY AP - HELP

Hi, I am having a very difficult time since yesterday with Cisco Wireless LAN Controller rebooting participating APs and other devices.

When I check the LEDs on the APs, they repeatedly state that the access point location command was invoked from the controller's web interface.

I have tried changing the master and rebooting the SW that is connected, but the problem is not resolved.

The version is 8.10.190.0.

I will share the log with you.

Was this an existing environment that was working for a while then all of a sudden it just stopped working or is this something new or did you do any change to the environment?  Provide more context so that others can help provide guidance on what you should do next.
